Session Description
In these sessions, you will learn how to achieve more effective outcomes from your written communication by developing the ability to see your writing through the eyes of the reader. You will discover the things that get in the way of clear concise and effective communication, as well as learning techniques for getting your message across more clearly, accurately and professionally.
There are 3 parts to this critical business topic. Part 1 is a self-paced E-learning module which you will undertake prior to Part 2 & 3 and covers the fundamentals of business writing. Part 2 & 3 are face-to-face workshops where you will get to experience ways to improve your writing style over various business documents. Discover ways to be heard, be understood and get the results you intend.
