Meet your Communications Facilitator Delia Beuker

Each role within any organisation is instrumental in building a positive workplace culture and good working relationships amongst their teams, management peers, suppliers, contractors, and customers. Ensuring concise and relevant communications, together with avoiding miscommunication and misinterpretation is key to the reputation of any business.
About your facilitator: Delia Beuker
Delia joined the Wintec Te Pūkenga Professional Programmes team as a resident facilitator over 5 years ago, to share her vital business skills that shaped her career path in adult learning, communications and business development for many years.
With over 30 years of hands-on experience in a range of trade industry, small business, and corporate environments, both locally and nationally, Delia has a deep and wide understanding of varied practises within businesses and organisations – in particular, business communications.
Portfolio of communication in business includes:
-daily, weekly, and monthly staff and management communications and reporting
-mission statements, job descriptions and HR documentation
-adult learning programme content development, communications, reporting and assessment
-client and industry group presentations, training, marketing/media campaigns, content & strategies
-research and demographic interpretation and analysis; including delivery to the market
-marketing/promotions campaign direction, design, programme analysis, and execution
-brand development and execution; including communication with focus groups
-meeting/event agendas, outcomes and follow up
The main area of focus for Delia most recently has been working with organisations and their teams delivering leadership programmes with outstanding outcomes in productivity, efficiency, and collaboration.
