This is both a professional development course and a practical, hands on programme. Guided by an experienced practitioner in a safe and supportive environment, you’ll receive massage and practice massage on others.

This training provides you with the basics and gives you an insight into massage if you’re considering further study to make it a career (including sports and recreation massage). It’s also ideal training if you simply want basic skills for friends and family.

Areas covered include hands, feet, head, back, front and back of legs and arms. There is a strong focus on the practical aspects of massage techniques, and at the completion of the course you will have sufficient ability to perform a full body massage.
