Like Massage I, this is a hands on, practical course, with a healthy element of theory. The intention is to have you develop your massage skills while deepening your understanding of massage and the human body.
Massage II is not specifically reserved for sportspeople and is not an assessed course.

What you’ll be able to do with this training
Like Massage I, this is an interest-only course. In other words, it doesn’t provide you with recognised qualifications for a professional career, but provides a solid grounding for further career-based training.

You will learn topics such as pre- and post-event massage, deep tissue techniques, and acupressure.
